  • It is recommended that you wash your glasses daily with lukewarm water and a gentle soap, such as dish soap. Avoid hot water as it can damage the lenses.

  • On clean glasses, microfiber wipes remove dust without damaging the lenses.

  • Always remove your glasses with both hands.

  • When not in use, store your glasses in their case to ensure they are safe in the event of a fal

  • To extend the life of your anti-glare coating, avoid exposing your glasses to high temperatures.

  • Immediately before handling your lenses, wash your hands with soap and water.

  • Rub the lenses well in the palm of your hand and rinse them with clean solution.

  • Do not use the solution from your lenses case or water – and especially not your saliva – to rinse your lenses.

  • Change the solution in your case every day.

  • Wash your case once a week.

  • Do not sleep while wearing your lenses.

  • Do not go swimming while wearing your lenses.

  • Replace your lenses at the frequency recommended by your eyecare professional.

  • Schedule an annual follow-up with your optometrist, or sooner if your eyes become red or irritated.

  • Always have a pair of glasses with your latest prescription in order to rest your eyes.
